Fatigue life assessment of high-speed train’s bogie frame due to dynamic loads under the influence of wheel flat

چکیده

A bogie frame is the most important railway vehicle’s component that supports almost weight of system, and it subjected to various excitations loads can result in failure structure. The dynamic forces influenced by excitations, both internal external, speed up system's fatigue failure. This paper aims analyse impact wheel flats on life a high-speed frame. To accomplish this study, Chinese (CRH2) frame, has been chosen for analysis. required input data CRH2 have collected from literature; flat defect models under lengths 20 mm, 40 60 mm developed with MATLAB tool, results inputted into multibody model SIMPACK tool. response each case exported applied finite element ANSYS, where stresses strain used estimate life. study show as length increases, increases decrease frame; thus, influence should be considered prediction
